Mad Hattress

I was back in the studio with Jill Andrews, chatting about fashion, fabrics, and fun. We had a blast, as we always do, and we love bringing the community along with us. I know my next steps are to complete the painting with lace dresses and begin filming at the Baltimore Museum of Industry. Now that I’m settling into this transition, it’s time to be strategic.

We tend to revert back to what we know because it’s familiar, but I also know that there has to be a clear and implementable plan in place to keep the mind on track so that it doesn’t wander and remains focused on execution. I’m going to develop the business model around a fashion business that makes me happy.

I want to create content around the sewing trail—a roadmap of methods and systems to bring people into the community as they embark on their sewing journeys. I want to connect and inspire others to take action and realize their fashion focus, adding that creative and joyful space in their day to play. What do you want to share with the world, and how?

So much fun learning about the love and craftmanship that has gone into making these hats.
